Our story
Who We Are and Who We Help
SLW Roofing is run by Scott Workman, a roofer with 25 years' experience who started learning the trade at 14. Based in Bracknell, Scott works for people who want their roof sorted properly, without the stress, upselling or vanishing tradesmen. He works alongside his son, with reliable extra hands on bigger jobs.
The business specialises in pitched and slate roofs: repairs, full re-roofs, chimneys, leadwork and moss removal, plus UPVC guttering, fascias and soffits. Keeping the focus tight means every job gets the attention and experience it deserves.
Whether it is a slipped tile letting water in, a chimney that needs attention or a tired roof that is due for replacement, the aim is always the same: a roof that keeps your home dry for years, at a price agreed before work begins.

Mission & standards
How Every Job Is Done
Done right first time
Every job is planned properly and finished to a standard Scott would accept on his own home, so you are not calling a roofer back a year later.
Fixed prices, agreed up front
You get a clear, fixed price before any work starts. No surprise extras once the scaffold is up.
Honest advice
If a repair will do, you will be told so. A full re-roof is only recommended when it genuinely makes sense.
10-year guarantee
All work comes with a 10-year guarantee, giving you long-term peace of mind.
Tidy, respectful working
Your home and garden are treated with care, and the site is left clean when the job is done.
